Power: Will
be taken to each property line where each property will be
able to have easy access to bring it to their building site.
Currently
as of Jan 2004 Power is to the Ranch boundary and has been
recently staked for poles to be run into the rest of the
ranch.
*Note: There will be a Power Fee charged for each property.
The final cost will be determined just as soon as we get
the cost estimate from San Isabel Electric which should be
soon. But figure between $2500-3500. This fee can also be
financed.
Phone: Phone
is currently at the County Road and it will be up to individual
property owners to bring phone to their property. Many of
the properties border the county road so Phone will be easy
to bring into them.
Covenants: Cielo
Grande has Protective Covenants designed to protect your
future property values. You can view the covenants if you
have the Adobe Acrobat Reader by clicking here Cielo

also.

Roads: All
roads are gravel based roads and while most of the roads are
completed some are still being improved and should be completed
in 2004.
Road Maintenance: The
Property Owners Association will manage road maintainence
after at least 80% or more of the Tracts on the Ranch
are sold. Yearly fees for Road Maintainence are initially
$400
per year per Tract.
Survey Pins: All
property pins are currently marked with white PVC posts to
make them easy to locate. We have copies of Plats and Topos
online
also with the links provided below.
Topo Maps: The
entire 12 Tracts of Cielo Grande ranch are shown on these maps
to give you a better feel for the layout of the ranch.. Maps
can be viewed by clicking the links below. These maps show elevation
and contour lines and if you are not familiar with Topo maps
let me share with you that the closer the lines are together
the steeper the terrain is.
Small Topo size
is about 147 kbs. Gives a good overview of the ranch.
Large Topo this
is a large file approximately 544 kbs and gives great detail.
